I was chosen to interview from campus recruiting. There were quite a few steps. There were two phone interviews, an in-person interview/testing, and a final interview. Honestly, I thought it was a little excessive. The testing isn't very difficult, but it can be a little confusing especially with all of the paperwork. They chose to offer me the position and I accepted it.
