GEICO first sends you an assessment test if you make it through the prescreening, then you get a recorded interview, this interview has a total of 21 questions so be prepared to spend a good amount of time doing this. During this recorded video interview you pretty much have to answer questions as if you were already and auto damage adjuster and after this, you get an stimulation interview. This interview could take anywhere from 2 to 2 1/5 hours. The recruiter will give some files to read and some forms to fill out for this step, you have 35 mins to go over these files and then when time is up, the recruiter starts the role play stimulation. The recruiter plays roles of repair shop employee and customer (multiple scenarios). And the very last process of this interview is a final interview with the hiring manager/s. Training is 10 weeks. Last week is in Virginia and you STILL no guarantee a job. You must pass training. Good luck!
