Entrevista
This was easily the worst “interview” process I’ve ever been part of. I use interview lightly because I never once got to actually speak to someone face to face like with most job interviews. They first send you a link to a online interview where you can record your answers at your own pace. This part I didn’t mind too much. The next part was where it got really bad. When I first arrived for the role play interview they schedule for you, one of the hiring people came out and got me from the lobby. From the get go she was very unpleasant and rude. It’s funny they ask their applicants to be enthusiastic and friendly but they have people working there who look like they’d rather be anywhere else. She put me in a room with a packet of forms and a CD player. You listen to the instructions and then the lady came back about 30 minutes after with another guy and you role play scenarios such as she was a customer coming in to get an estimate on her damages and so on. It was all very intimidating. I don’t know if they expect you to really learn how to do the job in 30 minutes. After about an hour of this they had me sit in the lobby for about 30 minutes. Honestly it felt like this was the part where they decide if they want you or not. They finally came out and told me they’d be in touch. I strongly do not recommend this to anyone.

Good experience with this company and interview process. They asked questions pertaining to past job experience and questions regarding the job itself. The recruiter was nice and friendly, as well.

Entrevista
applied and was asked to do a assessment which was pretty straightforward. Then did a 20 min zoon interview with a recruiter. They explained a little about the job, salary, training and that I would be invited for a 2nd interview with the leadership team. A little strange interview also, they didn't really ask any questions about myself, just asked how many times I've shown up late for work in my past job and why I had a gap in my employment. A few days later I got a automated email that the job had been filled already. Seems just because you are told you made it to the 2nd and final round doesn't mean you will. They seem to hire first come first serve.

Entrevista
I did a zoom interview, which wasn’t the issue. The issue was I felt like there were no questions asked linked directly to the job I was applying for. I’m use to more behavioral based questions and they asked a lot of random filler questions, had me guessing why are they even interviewing me??
