Entrevista
I was able to skip the HR interview and computer testing because I applied for a different position less than 3 years ago. The computer test results expire after 3 years. I went straight to shadowing a Liability Claims Rep. I applaud GEICO for including this in their interview process. It gave me a great understanding of what the job would entail. I wish other companies would include this in their interview process. I then interviewed with a supervisor who asked mainly behavioral questions. Lastly, I interviewed with the head of the department who pretty much asked the same type of questions. GEICO just wants to make sure that you can handle working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center and that you can multi-task well. Do not feel bad if you do not receive a job offer. If you were not offered the job, then this simply is not the right job for you. :)

Majority of the interview questions were behavioral questions. In order to prepare for behavior-based interviews, identify six to eight examples from your past experience where you demonstrated top behaviors and skills that employers typically seek. Half your examples should be positive, such as accomplishments or meeting goals. The other half should be situations that started out negatively but either ended positively or you made the best of the outcome. I would recommend answering each question with the "STAR" approach.

I aced the computer-based test. It was stuff that I knew from my years in retail. During the first interview, I was told that they could not find a manager for the second interview and excitedly told me if I did not hear from them to call them Friday of that week. That day I was sent a denial in an email and was frankly disappointed that they got my hopes up for a second interview.

Entrevista
Very long interview process. After applying you are invited to do a personality test and run a simulation program to test multitasking. You are then scheduled to do a phone interview that lasts about an hour mostly focusing on what you would do in hypothetical situations and previous work experience. After this, you are scheduled for a role-play interview online which can be very tricky and definitely the hardest part of the interview process, try to read the documents provided thoroughly and take notes. After that you do a video interview with a hiring manager answering further questions. I took me about 2 weeks but you can theoretically schedule everything in the same day.
