So far I have done the paper application and the computer skills multi-tasking training which has been relatively easy for me. I also had to take a personality test to see if I am fit for the job. I passed both along with 4 other people. I now am returning back next week for the 1:1 mock call center interview. I'll let you know how that goes.
It was very good! Very nice! Everyone was pleasant. Loved the experience! Would absolutely recommend to everyone near and far! Great company! People love it! They are very welcoming and accommodating!
It was pretty straightforward. They asked routine questions and got back to me in maybe three days. They didn’t drag it out. The hiring manager was really nice to speak to and I have no complaints.

Entrevista
It was great. Good questions. Exciting opportunities. The office was very impressive. I felt particularly challenged when given hypothetical. The office was empty for the holidays so they played a recorded call.
