You can apply online for a job and they will respond to advise you of testing times and dates. Expect to spend the entire day there because its part of the test. They want to know you are willing to wait to jump through their hoops to get the job and one of the hoops is waiting. There are steps to the hiring process - apply, test, interview, interview again, role playing interview, sit and listen session (I was put with someone and then they forgot I was there), interview with a supervisor, interview with a second supervisor and then a job offer.

Initial interview, typing test to determine how fast you type and how accurate you are, role play on phone calls, final interview, y connecting with an employee while they take calls

Multitasking test...typing test which was in a noisy office you couldn't concentrate. Didn't get an interview with the managers....they told me to come back in 6 months and try it again....

Multi step process until got to person over the phone interview. First test was a about what would you do in situations . Second test was finding errors or the wrong thing to do.
