After I applied online, I was called back to set up a Telephone Screening. Someone from HR called me and we just kinda chatted. I was then asked to come in for personal interview. I was asked all the typical interview questions. After that we did roll playing scenario where they gave you something you had to try to sell ...(mine was a car wash). After that, I went up to where they take the calls and sat in with an agent just to listen in. Then I was interviewed by two Supervisors who offered me the job. The interview started at 12:00 pm and I didn't finish until 9:00 pm ....no offer to eat or drink.

you had a phone interview, then an in person interview and then a test and an interview with HR, and then listen on the phones to other agents doing calls, and then a final interview with the department you are getting hired for.
