I applied online, completed the assessment sent it. Once completed the program had me set up my first interview. I then was interviewed by the company recruited, that interview was very good and asked a lot of questions about my background and gave me an overview of the company and the position. Before we ended the interview I was asked to schedule the next interview with the manager of the department. Then the second interview was super laid back, several questions about my background and then went in to roll play. Then a few days later I received my contingent offer along with background check paperwork. I filled out that info and sent it back. A few days later I received a phone call and an email stating my background was great and they sent over the full blown offer. I have not started yet but I will receive more emails within 14 days of my start date with info about equipment and training.
