Two 1 hour interviews. One on the phone and one on video. They start off by getting to know you and then will ask several behavioral questions and also what makes u a good fit for the position.

Recently had interview with geico for adjuster trainee role. Was very bland. Had issues with hearing recruiter through video so she called me. Never heard back from her until almost 3 weeks later since I emailed and reached out. Then they sent me the Thank you for your time email. Cannot re apply with them for 6 months
