The interview process is thorough. There are a minimum of 3 interviews plus a written exam. Overall positive experience. Once you pass the interviews, there is a 3-month training that you MUST pass.

What are some of your KPIs and how did you work towards growing them?
The interview process was positive. I was told about the job and pay range and I had the opportunity to ask the questions I had. I was asked to describe a time I had to show empathy to a customer and how to stay positive in the workplace when faced with difficult challenges.

Entrevista
The interview was quick seamless and gave a strong idea of the workload.
They didn't properly informed if they had positions available, so it leaves much to be desired. I probably wasn't what they wanted when they saw me past my resume sadly, don't waste 8 hours driving if they won't compensate.
