I should note that I also applied for the insurance development program at the same time. It took almost 30 days for them to schedule an interview with me after applying and that only occurred after I called multiple times to inquire about the status of my application. The telephone interview was fairly basic after which I was invited to come to their facility for further testing and potentially a face to face interview. I passed the first "multitasking" test but did not proceed past the second test. They immediately asked me to continue that day in order to pursue the insurance development program. From things that were said it felt a little as though their intentions were to place me in the insurance program all along and never really had any plan to interview me for the management program.
