The in person interview was a panel interview conducted by 3 Shift Managers, who very informative on what the job was and what would be expected in the position.

Initial phone screen from Corporate HR followed by: Phone interview - Hiring Manager; In person - Hiring Manager; Phone Interview - Senior Director; Phone Interview - Senior VP of Logistics. Then a physical with a drug screen. Say what you want - that's a ridiculous number of interviews. I jumped through the hoops because I wanted that particular facility really bad. Otherwise I would have said no after the 1st In Person interview
