First got a phone call after submitting my resume. When I was offered the interview the VP Sales and Marketing was present as well as the manager responsible for the position. I had several questions and asked me to speak to them in English since the position consisted in taking care of customers outside of Canada. After the first interview they thanked me for coming and said that they would call me back soon. About a week later, I received another call for a second interview, this one was especially to ask me more questions and also asked me about the base salary that I was looking for. They actually increased what I asked for.

I had an interview with Sales and Marketing VP and Sales Manager in the VP office. The interview was guided for the Sales and Marketing VP. They explained me the tasks for the job and after we talk about my old experience and why I would like to work with them. It was very professional.
