Entrevista
It was scheduled interview. 1st round with manager, 2nd round technical. After about 45 min of technical interview HR told me that i am selected for further process and can leave for the day. she will email me about the required documents. after asking her again whether i am selected she told yes you are selected but they will require documents for further process. the other HR person tells me to not worry about it and asked me about my salary and np. after telling him that he said "you will be joining here in one month as i'm the one who is going to release your offer letter." after all this talk and assurance i came home thinking that i got the job. Now i wait for the email for documents. after 3 days when i did not receive any email from GEP i emailed HR for the update. He said "we have not consolidated the data yet. will mail shortly." again i waited for a week. after that i asked a friend who is working in GEP to ask that HR about the same. He tells her that I DID NOT CLEAR the technical round. !!! I only wanted to know why i was told on the day of interview that i am selected and everything that HR asked me.... If you don't want to select fine, at least be honest.

Aptitude test
Technical round 1 - difficult level is medium. Asked questions on SQL and recursive function. One coding problem statement was given.

Entrevista
Total 3 rounds, 2 technical and one director. The technical round is quite tough. They ask you to write lots of programs. Dotnet. Angular and sql questions are asked. They also ask nosql questions. They check confidence too
