first round of negotiation was taken by HR ppl. After selecting you for the next round, they ask you to give 1-2 rounds of interview with the Project head/Lead. then a round with the Client, then they'll decide whether to proceed with this candidate or not. If client selects you, then ok else you'll get a call again from HR in a week's time...for another Client & the process goes on... for one role or the other... Highly dissatisfied with the un-professionalism these guys show.
