Overall fun and stimulating one. They scrutinise your resume thoroughly to gauge your knowledge. Technical skills are huge plus. They also analyse your personality thoroughly to see if you could fit in with their team well. Confidence is the key. Try not to fake and point out your expertise which could be beneficial for the client that they hiring you for.

How will my background help me fit in with the job responsibilities at GEP considering I had no prior experience with sourcing?
Round 1- Aptitude ( pretty easy )
Round 2 - Interview level 1 ( questions that test your basic understanding of the role ]
Round 3- Interview level 2 ( Questions based on a test case )
Round 4 - interview leave 3 and HR ( questions from your resume and problem solving questions followed by HR round)
The interviewer was polite and friendly throughout the interview. As it was my first interview, I was extremely nervous, which my interviewer understood and proceeded with care. The questions asked were good and can be answered with proper preparation about the role and the company. Make sure to back up whatever you say with evidence, and don't throw out loose words or sentences.

Tell me something about yourself which is beneficial to our company which is not in your resume?
The interview almost had 3 rounds, 2 technical based on Business and the role, first round was easy. Second round was also good with more like situational + technical questions.
