the interview process was essentially a joke, very easy, a recruiter called and ask me about my length of experience, any driving convictions, asked me to come in for a 2 minute interview with a lead hand and a supervisor, did a road test, passed easily, did a drug test, passed, got hired less then a week later.

Quick for the most part pretty straight forward. People were very upfront about what the job was about and what they were looking for and expecting. It really was pretty simple
