Recruiter spent an hour describing the multiple ways to make money on a commission-only plan. Was asked to fill out an application which was heavily focused on consumer credit for some reason. Had a web meeting scheduled that was canceled 1 hour before scheduled time.

2) Review tons of detail about the position, company, compensation, etc.
3) Submit your resume and job application
4) Have a Skype video call with the recruiter
5) Pass background check
6) Get offer (or not!)
