Scheduled a phone interview through email with the corporate recruiter. The phone interview was smooth and efficient. I asked what they liked about working there and their response was the time it takes for people to respond to them when they need help, a day or so. I thought about this later and if your in a pinch a day or so too late for me. If I'm in a bind and I need help the least they should respond is a few hours. Ended with they would contact me in a few days. That was a Friday so but the following Friday I assumed I wouldn't hear back. The following Monday they email me to schedule another phone interview. I confirmed the time and responded in less than an hour of receiving the message. The time of the interview they never call. I emailed while in my car confirming the appointment time. Later they responded they didn't get my response so they scheduled someone else. I forwarded them the email I'd sent the previous day confirming the time and date and they claimed they'd missed it so we scheduled for the time I get off work and I ran to my car to take the call. After ten minutes of waiting they finally join the call and they realized we've already spoken. I responded with yes a week and a half ago. We then schedule for me to speak with the head of the department for the position the following day. That went smooth however, I didn't care for their personality so that made me less interested in the company and the position. I was already frustrated with the previous person so I was pretty much at a point where I realized they weren't organized. The second interview asked more specific details about the position and how my current role relates to that. It's been a week and I've read it can sometimes take a few weeks to hear back but unless the compensation is something I can't refuse then I won't accept. The person who would be the manager for the role has the same personality as my current as I'm trying to get away from that. To sum it up the first interview went smooth and I felt confident that I'd answered to what they were looking for and asked the questions appropriate to make it to another interview which I did however, by the time that interview came I was frustrated with them so I no longer feel the need to pursue it further.

The interview process was laid back where questions about myself and my past co-op and work experiences were asked followed by general technical questions regarding the building engineering industry. Interview was done with two people with the department where one was a project director and the other was the direct supervisor (project manager).
