Overall, pretty great experience. HR's open communication, responsiveness, moving swiftly in arranging interviews and speed of turn around with feedback (very promptly) - everything was awesome. Waiting for the final feedback. I wish I get chance work with such an employer where candidate is really valued since the beginning of day 1 of interaction with the potential candidate. The process itself had 3 different steps: 1. Hackerrank test 2. Technical + HR discussion together (loved it since this is something new and different I have seen thus far) 3. Predictive index + behavioral assessment tests. Waiting for final feedback. Whatever the feedback would be, I just loved that I was given the chance to attend the interview with this company. I hope every other company out there adapts this process and make sure that they don't make the candidate wait for weeks and weeks for the process and feedback *** Not yet received final feedback so had to mark it as 'No offer'
