The interview process at GKMIT was comprehensive and well-organized. It began with a phone screening, followed by a series of interviews. These interviews consisted of both technical assessments and behavioural questions, allowing the interviewers to evaluate both my technical skills and cultural fit. I appreciated the structured approach and the opportunity to meet with various team members throughout the process.
