I had three interviews with them and then they ghosted me. They even ignored the follow-up email I sent. I could understand not receiving a reply at the earliest stages, but ghosting a candidate after the final interview is completely unprofessional and discourteous.

Team was very clear with laying out job requirements, concerns, and always asking to elaborate on your past work and how that can assure them that you're a good cultural and skilled fit for the team.
