The interview process was not properly organized. Additionally, we faced a panelist who was at onsite location and did not conduct the interview professionally, did not allow the candidate to complete the answer and interrupted multiple times rudely. The 1st interview round had a strong feedback as confirmed by HR team and during the 2nd round this interviewer agreed that candidate's Tableau and SQL skills were good, but still provided a negative feedback to the HR team. We had informed the HR team regarding this scenario, but there was no action taken. Advice to recruitment & management team : 1. Kindly ensure to assign the duty of an interviewer to some sensible employees who have basic ethical and interviewing etiquettes. 2. Also, please ensure that company's recruitment and other processes are not biased by such unprofessional members of the company.
