Entrevista
Applied through LinkedIn, got an email about an interview. Had a 30min video call with the hiring manager. Was more of a conversation than an interview, very different that what I'm used to with structured questions.

Entrevista
I did two interviews: first was a video call and second was in-person with a panel.
The questions were conversational and not overly technical, but make sure you know in EXTREME DETAIL the type of work the company does. I kept being asked this question, so I have no idea what my answers were missing. I was asked some personal questions that made me feel relaxed and like a top contender, so I let my guard fall. I was told at the end of my first interview that they pretend to be the client, and you are the consultant. They want to see if they think you'd be a good communicator and professional in front of their clients. Meanwhile, the interviewers for my second interview checked their phones, were late, or left the room early. All very disorienting and not something I have ever encountered!
It's nice that they value learning and hire new grads/newcomers to the field, especially in today's market, but I feel like I dodged a bullet. I had to follow up to get my rejection, all while they were still accepting applications on LinkedIn for the role. Other reviews here seem to be in alignment with my experience.
I'm saying the difficulty of the interview is average and not easy despite the more casual questions because it seemed like they had "correct" answers in mind.
