I enjoyed speaking with GMV. I first had an informal conversation with the hiring manager and a follow-up with the team. I was told there would be a paid take-home exercise, but ultimately they ended my process before I reached the stage. No hard feelings from my end, though. The team was friendly and generous with their time, as well as transparent about their goals as an organization. There are many talented candidates out there, and I'd be open to interviewing with GMV again.
