Interviewed with Thanh and started the interview with him asking me to tell him about myself outside of the technical sense even though it is for a technical role. He's looking for more of a personality match, which I get, but it was an add way to start a technical interview. The work did not seem spectacular either and with essentially no other software engineers on the team it would be a difficult fit for some looking for collaboration in a technical sense.
