Very bad interview process, the hiring manager and his associate both were more interested in stress testing than actually understanding my experience and my motivation for the role. His associate asked basic techinical accounting questions, but some of them were not entirely correct and she wanted me to stick with her version of answers without giving me a chance to even explain.

I went through multiple interview stages with senior stakeholders and was initially told the company wished to proceed, before the process was abruptly reversed without feedback. During this stage, aspects of the interview included questions unrelated to role requirements, which made the process uncomfortable.
I was later re-engaged only after receiving explicit assurances that the renewed decision to proceed had senior approval and that such a reversal would not be repeated. An unconditional offer was then made, accepted, and contractual documentation was issued and signed by both parties.
In the period leading up to the agreed start date, I awaited resolution of outstanding administrative points that arose solely from errors and inconsistencies in the company’s own documentation. These included discrepancies between the written offer and contract terms and the repeated need for corrected pages, all of which required sustained chasing on my part.
Despite this, and without any attempt to raise concerns or seek clarification directly with me, the company made a second late-stage reversal by rescinding the contract at a very advanced point in the process. Both withdrawals were communicated without explanation or dialogue, notwithstanding the stage reached and the professional commitments already made in reliance on the assurances given.

I was asked a personal question unrelated to role requirements at the very start of the second interview, which made the process uncomfortable.
Fiz uma entrevista na empresa GOLDBECK SOLAR (Karlsruhe, Baden-Wurttemberg).

The interview was nice, but the interviewer didn't have the courtesy to allow me to complete the sentence and moved to next question immediately.
It felt more like an interrogation than trying to get to know about my experience and see if it fits.
Even his associate asked basic accounting questions and it seemed that the answers they were expecting were pre formed in their mind and they didn't want to acknowledge if I said something a tad bit different also.
When asking for more context, they couldn't provide more and I felt like I was being put in a hostile position.
In the end the HR also thanked me to answer so many questions patiently, the interview was for 50 mins with 5 mins spared for my questions and 5 mins for HR.
Honestly I loved the role and what the company is doing, but the interviewer made me feel very hostile and I wonder if that's the work environment as well.
