I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at GPH Ispat (Chittagong) Interview The Interview was held in two parts. One is written (aptitude test) and the other one is oral. If someone doesn't get the minimum on the written then he/she won't called up for the oral. And then in the oral, they will ask you different types of questions regarding the positions and the experience.
