Someone from the company reached out to me on LinkedIn about an opportunity, I decided to give it a chance. After calling me 20 minutes early and blaming it on a time zone difference (I couldn't talk), then completely dropping the ball when they were supposed to call me at our rescheduled time, they bombarded me with multiple texts on my personal cell phone in the middle of my workday to set up a time for a "video call with the CEO" that very day, then reschedule a time, then set up a new time again. I told them I couldn't talk and didn't respond all day. It felt invasive and disorganized and quite honestly set off red flags. I didn't respond or pursue this company further.

Very thorough but ultimately enjoyed it. Team was very responsive and engaging / open to questions. I did not have to complete a project which I appreciated as it felt like they respected my time.
