First I received a phone call and that went well. I didn't hear anything from them for several months so I assumed they weren't interested. Then i received a phone call out of the blue asking for me to come in the next day for an interview. I was interviewed by 2 people, the person I would be reporting to and his partner. There was no HR employee present. I was given a project to complete and submit before being given a position.

It was a very solid process where I had to complete a sample task. This way the company makes sure future employees can walk the walk. During my process, I had to showcase strong verbal communications skills as well as power point skills. They also valued the fact that I knew at least one more language. Education matters, but is less important than your personality and skillset.
