Only three days had passed from the moment I applied before I got an email for the interview. The interview was not as formal as I expected. They were very personal and very straightforward in what they were looking for. I got off for the second interview today is after the first interview. The second interview where is with two people that I will be working directly under. I felt like the interview went well but they did end up choosing someone with more experience than me. They then referred me to another position. Because they felt like I would be an asset to the company I had an interview with someone else in the training department and was offered the job as a training manager

Fairly quick and painless interview process for my position. I had 2 interviews, both were straight forward and personable. They didn't seem to trick you with any questions, just straight forward, get to know you questions.
