Messaged HR after a month - no response. HR still listed as employee.

Why do you want to work here? Why do you want to leave your current company? What is important for you on the project?
The interview took place in a modest conference room with neutral decor. The interviewer asked standard questions about work experience, strengths, weaknesses, and familiarity with common industry tools. Conversation was polite but unremarkable, with no surprises or standout moments. Both parties seemed to go through the motions, maintaining professionalism without much enthusiasm. The interview ended with a brief discussion about next steps, and a handshake.

Personally, I recommend staying away from this company. Though it may seem easy to enter the industry, the whole organization is not professional at all. Starting from the description of an open position (written in poor English, just a couple of phrases about the primary responsibilities), ending with the fact that despite the fact they mentioned only a decent level of English and Czech as a requirement, still they asked for Ukrainian. Wouldn't it be fair to mention it in the first place and not waste the time of your candidates? That was a massive red flag. Also, the company practices illegal stuff like unofficial employment and violation of the labor code (you can come up with possible outcomes). It seems like this company brings a bad Eastern mentality to Europe and it is visible even during interviews.
