Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela GSC Logistics (Oakland, CA) em dez. de 2019
Entrevista
I applied online, after a week I received a call from one of the supervisor and had a quick telephonic interview. Supervisor then called me for an onsite interview.
I had the onsite interview with Director of sales.
Interview went smooth, I was asked some basic questions about my background and my expertise.
I was told on the spot by the director, that he is willing to hire me but he was not sure that I would want to work for them or not.
So they told me to send a detailed email about the company, what I like about transportation industry, etc, so I came back home wrote an email the same night and I got reply from the director that a decision will be made in 1 week.
After 1 week I checked with the supervisor about the position who contacted me earlier for this job, he never got back to me, so after waiting for 1 more week I decided to reach out to director since he gave me his business card.
So I emailed him too but the same thing, no reply from him.
The company was great, director and supervisor was cool but a little unprofessional. I don't understand why recruiters/supervisors don't respect an applicant's time.
If you don't want to hire an applicant then let them know instead of having them wait for the answer or next steps.
Really nice director but a little unprofessional(recruitment process) for not letting an applicant know the decision and simply ignoring the emails.
