Two stage interview process. First one telephonic, second in person on site with the panel of ten people. Work presentation and field related questions. Comfortable and relaxed atmosphere, no pressure.

Entrevista
The interview was good, interviewers were friendly and patient to listen to what I say. The questions where mostly related to my earlier experience, and projects I worked on. Followed by a few of the HR type questions like where do I see myself in next 10 years, why did i chose GSK over other, etc. Overall it was a good experience

Participate in a phone screening, followed by a detailed phone interview. Then, attend an onsite interview, which includes delivering a presentation to demonstrate your skills and knowledge. Negotiate via email and phone follow up.

Entrevista
Time-consuming, they wanted me to create 2 Power Points for the interview. 1 was a research power point and the other was an introduction PowerPoint. Before the interview I also had to do an R (programming) exam for them AND use the assessment centre and a written interview too.
