Phone screen:
after the online application, the next day I received the email from the HR, mentioned they would conduct a phone-screen first then proceed to interview.
then we arrange a time for the phone call. the phone-screen was on time and very quick. Only 3-4 questions were asked and the whole process is pretty quick.
