Candidate should be referred by a GSK employee.Then we can make the call for interview.Basically interview comprises of three stages.1.written test (Quants+Verbal) 2.Interview with regard to subjects in bachelors 3. HR interview. First step is a piece of cake for candidates who are good in Maths and English. IN second step there will be questions like Why Gsk? Why a Medical Representative job? and questions in reference to his background education will be put. If candidate clears second stage then there are umpteen chances of getting job. Third round will be HR just a nominal round. Basically candidates enthusiasm and his verbal ability is assessed.

I appeared for Online Aptitude and Psychometric test. After clearing the exam, I was called for the Interview. Environment of Interview place was quite cool and friendly. I was selected in Derma ETT Division for Mumbai location.
