Applied via GSK site. After successful CV screening I received email that I have to take some test ( see 1st point)
1st stage: numerical test - similar to the GMAT
2nd stage: Interview with the external HR firm.

Entrevista
First I had to complete an online application. The second part consisted of online numerical and verbal tests. I did not find these tests difficult. Then I was invited to an assessment centre in GSK headquarters. The company arranged everything in terms of travelling and accommodation. The assessment centre lasted 2 days. The first day we had an "informal" meeting with all the candidates and some members of GSK. GSK members did a presentation regarding the programme and the company itself and then we went for a dinner. The second day we had to wake up early and go to the company (with a GSK rent car) for our assessment. The assessment itself consisted of an interview, a presentation, and 3 role playing games. Unfortunatelly, I did not perform well in one of the role playing fames and I did not get a job offer. The experience though was amazing. Perhaps the best assessment centre I ve ever been in.
