Entrevista
I had to complete an online test which was by Capp, then I had to fill out an application form detailing my motivations behind my application. Following this, I had to complete a video interview which involved 3 broad questions (approx 3 mins answering time for each). The assessment centre involved competency based questions (although, it is now strengths-based) and a presentation.

Online application form including motivation questions, then an online job simulation which included situation judgement and numerical questions. Next stage was a video interview ( given one minute to think of an answer and a two minute limit to record the answer)
