Entrevista
Initial application submitted and email response from auto system. Then about 3 weeks wait before a letter inviting me to a 1-1 interview and then a panel discussion which was competency and technical based which was completed in avery thorough, professional and courteous manner. This was then followed by further discussions and a variety of telephone calls, emails before being we left it.

One step interview, was asked about common manufacturing techniques and how to improve some procedures then asked about behavioral questions. Very good and smooth interview. Not too lengthy. Was interviewed by two managers

Nepo vibes in terms of everyone’s dad / brother / friend works there so interview probably doesn’t count for a huge amount
