Contacted by HR for phone interview. A month later had in person interview with 6 people including 2 HR people. Very comfortable process except that most questions were behavior based and oftentimes had difficulty relating examples of past experience directly to the job. Hiring manager didn't seem to be interested in the interview though so I quickly determined he already had his candidate picked out.
