Emailed CV and Cover letter through to a Australian HR person. I was then required to conduct a one-way recorded video interview which took 15 minutes I progressed to the next stage of the recruitment process within 1 week. Was then brought into the office for an interview with 2 staff members for 30 minutes. I was required to present a 5 minute oral presentation on any topic of my choice.
