Entrevista
Went for a face to face interview in February 2015. Few days later, was contacted by HR that they would like to offer me a job on the phone. Submitted payslips etc. HR promised to offer soon. Radio silence till April when the HR checked if I was still interested in the position and was promised that they would offer soon. Radio silence again from HR. Had to ask my friend who referred me what happened to the job. Apparently, they are still looking out for other candidates. Finally, in mid May, a cold email saying that I was not successful in the application (without any explanation) was sent to me. Not sure why HR offered me the role and promised to supply an offer letter soon if they are still looking for candidates.

Entrevista
Entretien réalisé dans la bonne humeur et toute transparence. Les échanges furent constructifs et instructifs entre l'employeur et le candidat. Deux entrevues ont été nécessaires pour une décision positive pour l'engagement du candidat.

Entrevista
The interview was competency based, where scenarios are used to demonstrate a skill or value.
I was also asked to prepare a 5-minute presentation.
There was no representative from Human Resources present.
