1st round with HR 2nd round with hiring manager 3rd round with Excel assessment Another big company that leaves top candidates hanging without a proper rejection. I spent 2 months with 3 interviews with them, not a single word after the 3rd round. Neither HR or hiring manager cared to reply my follow-up email. It's so disappointing coming from such a big organization.
