I got my feedback after two weeks. Unfortunately I didnt make it. The questions were not as difficult as I expected

This was a screening interview other the phone, they mostly asked screening questions but also questions about specific roles I have had and the work that I have completed in these roles
Mail massiva, nessun riscontro nonostante avessero bisogno e il profilo fosse 100% aderente. Almeno dare un feedback di diniego sarebbe stato utile, con una motivazione ancora meglio. Non mi stupisce il tasso di turnover
