One of the most horrible interview processes by the Azure data platform team. The interview began by the panel asking to give an introduction about myself in less than a minute. Asked to draw an Azure architecture diagram by sharing the screen but wouldn’t let me complete the components of the diagram by constantly interrupting every 15 seconds. Expects me to recall the specific key words they had in mind. The hiring manager had a bloated ego throughout the discussion and I never felt like the discussion was meant to understand both the parties but just for the interviewer to show their technical superiority. For someone being interviewed for an architect role by an associate director, a sense of maturity in having a meaningful conversation is expected but is grossly missing. Luckily I didn’t get selected, as I can’t imagine my life if I had to work under such bosses.
