Interview was pushed back several times. Reason given was Manager was too busy to interview or system was down. Initial Red Flags off the start. Once interview took place, pacing was off, manager asked obtuse questions and seemed as though interview was costing her time. Very unorganized and strange. Did not hear back until 2 weeks later, from my recruiter, that they picked a different candidate; after advising I was given two offers and would be declining a 2nd interview. Addressed Facebook and Glassdoor reviews being so poor, did not really have an answer except that she had just started.
