Basically I was asked questions about how I would handle a client that was very angry. My response was I would try to find out what the issues was and try to make them feel better by giving positive feedback

Straightforward process- it wasn’t too bad at all like I was expecting. No hoops/extra rounds to jump through. Set up and onboarding was easy. I learned more about the role than just what was said online.
