Had a few standard IKM tests, followed by a c++ coding test to implement a simple peace of software. Have spent a LOT of time on this tests and only after I successfully passed these tests they did a short phone screening after which they rejected me. Usually the screening is done at earlier stage and then you either get to in-house interview or you don't, but you don't have to waste a lot of time. They did explain to me that they just don't have a role for you and did sound quite open and nice.
