Online interview with pre recorded questions. There was time to prepare after hearing each question. It was fairly straightforward and did not take too long. Phone call received concerning the result a few weeks after.

Lengthy, arduous and in the end completely pointless. Consistently strung along by HR who "promised" to send me through job specs on any number of occasions, only for them to never arrive. In the end I gave up as there are many other companies in their field who actually show respect to their candidates.
