Had the initial screening with the talent team, which was great and informative, I was then invited to a face to face interview and asked for my availability, I provided my availability and did not hear back, upon following up, the recruiter requested for a call, and advised me that the role was now placed on hold whilst they restructure, only to find out the role was offered to someone in the recruiter’s network (ex colleague). Frankly this did not bother me, what is shocking is is the deceit of being told the role was on hold. For someone that truly values integrity, I believe this is really poor of GWI!
